It being represented to us by the bearer Samuel
Hunter that the certificate given by Judge Bee is deem'd insufficient in as much as it does not set forth the Examination by surgeons according to the Law in that care provided, so as to certify that The said Samuel Hunter was examined by us, we being the Surgeons appointed for the purpose, & that we did fully certify as to the disability of the said Samuel Hunter he being disable'd by reason of wounds got in the service during the revolutionary war --
