Inclosed in a letter of the balance which appear due the noncomissioned Officer & priocities of your late Company for their Services this year 1770. Mec Vouchers to the lettb[?]r being very imsenfest I have been under the necesity of opportunity the clothing to all as ifnthey had received it. If & I have also of chaying to each Man the half of had pay. tho' their method will not probably do justice to some, yet. I war compelled to form the Settlement in Miss Mornner for w and if information and to do Justice to the United States.
