I humby Certify that the withen two Scouts were called into Service at the capince of the United States by Orders under the Authority which I received from the Homble Lecy at War of the 16th of May lack and that I appointed Lieut John McIntire then commanding a dituchment of ellclitia Guard at the Iron wotks, to muster and inspect them agruable to the instructions Received from the Lecy at War upon that subject
