I do certify that Captain Henry Steth enterd into the service of this State [?] on Continental establishment in March 1777--and Continued therein til Janu -ary 1781--when he retn'd as a Supernumerary agreeable to a resolution of Congress-- Richmond 3d Decr 84--

There are two Questions arising on Capt. Netts [?] illegible for Commutation which are to be [illegible] by the Secretary at war,
