I Certify that there is due to Lane & Salter Contractors for furnishing Cannon the sum of seven thousand one hundred & seventy two dollars & 90/100, being the balance of this account for Cannon furnished the U.S. under their Contract with the Secretary of War dated the 15 May 1799

I Certify that there is due to Reuben Everett the sum of one hundred thirty eight dollars & 3/100 owing, for his pay Forage & Subsistence as Temporary Surgeons Mate employed to attend the Garrison of Fort Johnston from 1 Sept to 30 Nov 1800, NoCa by order of the Sect of War dated 3rd June 1799 -- which Sum is to be transmitted to Griffith McIe Collector at Wilmington to be by him paid to the said Everett --
