This Agreement Witnesseth that the said Samuel Dexter for and on behalf of the United States of America and the said Henry Foxall for himself, his heirs Executors and Administrators, and every of them, have mutually covenanted and agreed, and by these presents do mutually covenant and agree to and with each other as follows: First.
