Dayton of Elizabethtown New Jersey the sum of two thousand & three dollars 18 100 being a balance for Rations supplied to Quarter Master of Hospital Stores Expenditures for the use of the troops of the [undecipherable] in the State of New Jersey commencing the 1 Octr. 1799 & terminating 20 Sept. 1800 including under the head of Quarter Master expenditures the purchase of materials & labor of mechanic, in erecting huts & store Houses for the 11, 12 & 13 Regt. at Scotch Plains _ also for forage . purchased for the houses of the officers of said Regts. when at said place.__ Due 2003.18 The Secy. of War
