You will be pleased also to deliver, One privates Coat, one Vest, one pair of woolen Overalls, one Shirt, and one pair of Shoes, for each of the convicts (four in number) confined at Fort Mifflin; out of such clothing as you may have on hand not suitable for the Army. They must be covered while confined though no provision is made for such criminal & unhappy men.
