Sir, Be pleased to deliver to John Wilkins Esq Quarter Master General an order; for transportation to the address of Captain Theodore my Meimminger at [illegible] for the use of the recruiting service, the following articles, in part of a requisition from the Secretary of War dated the 1st instant Viz., one flag, four drums, with carriages, cases and sticks complete & four fifes, and cases.
