Received Novr. 7 1800 of William Simmons Accountant a Warrant No. 5313 issued by the Secretary of War in my favor & order of Samuel Annin pay master & store keeper at Harpers Ferry Virginia for Three thousand Dollars, on account of Armorer's employed, Carpenter, Millwrights, Masons do. do., agreeably to Estimate on file; for the month of October 1800 for which sum the said Saml.
