Extract of Genl Orders, dated May 22 1800 Head Quarters Plainfield 22 May 1800 In consequence of explanatory instructions from the Department of War, it has been the Duty of Major Genl Hamilton to announce the Disbandment of the Six additional troops of Light Dragoons they are to be reduced on the fourteenth of June next.
