    Be pleased to deliver to John Wilkins Junior Esquire Quarter Master General for transportation to New York to the address of Ebenezer Stevens Esq. four Horsemans and twenty eight common tents with poles eight Sergeants Swords with Belts and one drum with sticks &c for two [?] Companies of Artillerists and Engineers which are under marching orders from West Point --
