    Accountant Office May 14, 1800

Mr Samuel Annin Paymaster & Storekeeper Harpers Ferry Va. 

    Sir:
    I have received your letter of the 1 inst & agreeably to your

request, now send you inclosed [sic] the several forms; as per note [crossed out word] annexed which are to guide you in the statement of your accounts to be exhibited at this office for settlement for expenditures at the Armoury at Harpers Ferry in Virginia. 

    I have to add that on settlement of your accots at this office a

strict compliance with your instructions from the Secretary of War will be required.
