Genl. Hamilton the travelling expences aforesaid are to be admitted deducting rations during the time engaged." _ Your subsistence has accordingly been deducted say from 4 Augt. to 31 Decr., 1799 & statement underneath for your government leaving a balance in your favor of five dollars & 44/100, which sum you will receive from Edward | ||
