for causes stated in the annexed abstract, the sum of Dollars 11355/100, which together with Drs 427.19 paid you on account, will leave a balance against you of Drs 101.81. for which you are held accountable on the Books of this Office subject to the condition that should you substantiate your accots. by full & efficient vouchers you will be at liberty again to resume your demands.

In presenting any future accounts to this Office for settlement you will e carefull to close them on the last of some months -
