On motion, Resolved, that a committee be appointed to enquire into the expenditure of the monies heretofore appropriated for a naval Armament. -And also, into the causes of the delay in completing the same;- And that they report their opinion thereon, to the House. Ordered, that W. Sivingston, W. Dana, W, Josiah Parker, W. Rutledge, and W. Sewall, be appointed a committee, pursuant to the said resolution.
