The Treasurer of the United States will remit you the sum of three hundred thirty five dollars and twelve cents which you will please to pay as follows -vizt to Captn. Griffith I. McRee for his subsistence for Sept. 1797 - 15.12 Ditto. On account of his pay, he is to be accountable 120-. [illegible ? Sicutt ? ] Andrew Marschalk on account of his pay & Subsistence for which is is accountable 120-. Ditto -- on account of the expences of marching his recruits to Pittsburg he to be account 80-. for which you will please take the necefsary receipts 335.12
