Sir, The Treasurer will permit you the sum of eighteen hundred eighty one dollars, and seven cents to be paid to Thomas Holt on account of the public armory at the post of New London in Virginia agreeably to estimate delivered in by him for which sum he is accountable and will give you duplicate receipts.
