I inclose a list of all claims for services of Negroes in the Rhode Island line of the late army, at present depending in this office mine the amount of each may average about 330 dollars being for depreciation and pay to the 31st December. 1780 1 or 1784 line from which it is expected they have been settled with by the late commissioner of army.
