Accountants Office Feby 26th 1794 Sir Agreeably to your request -- I inclose a list of all claims for services of Negroes in the Rhode Island line of the late army, at present depending in this Office -- the amount of each may average about 330 dollars being for depreciation and pay to the 31st Decemr. 1781 [or 1784?] -- from which it is expected they have been settled with by the late Commissioner of army accounts -- I am Sir &c.
