Sir I beg leave to inclose to you another letter received from the Lt. Governor of Virginia and request you will be so good as to direct the execution of that part of it which can [illeg] the payment of the specified demands and to inform me on the subject of the Indians war so far as may be necessary to enable the executive of Virg'a to determine on the propriety of calling into service the four [illeg] Rangers heretofore ordered into service on the [illeg] of March.
