I have the Honor to Acquaint you of my arrival here, with a number of the Oneida Chiefs whom I [undecipherable] back from Albany of which General Schuyler to whom was much obliged has doubtless given you informa-tion after holding several Councils with the Oneidas & their allies agreeably to Indian .
