    The resolve of the 10th of June 1788,

states solely to the claims of of ivnalids, & earned, in my manner, be construed to comprehend the ease of the widow & orphans.

    It is mosst probable, that Congress even

considered any resolve upon this sort of claims unnecessary. As it was supposed that the widows & orphans entitled to

illegible by the acts of Congress, had

received the same, annually, of the respective states.
