I cannot send on the certificate [crossed out word] for [illegible] due, to the Line without the legal authority given to some persons here to receipt for the same. Your needinto of issues are almost united in our Books, and appear to be very correct & proper. [4 words illegible] happy to all your Etx. Mr Dunscomb knew, but I believe it will be least that you [illegible] stay in Virginia, for your difficulties may be bitter stated by Letter, than that the public business should be [illegible] by your Jourey.
