Sir
A certain M.r Goacher living in this City has applied to me for information relative to the estate at Carlisleof the late Colonel Flower advertised for sale ___ to make a tender at any rate , I must request you to inform me what the premises taken together outght to bring __ to do this I wish you to forward a Stating of the value of the land under its natural advantages of Mill seat [undecipherable] also the Value of the building belonging to the public considered relatively, and in fine what is the lowest both ought to fetch, suppose they are sold seperately [sic] or together __ I wish it may be done as soon as possible after the receipt of this Letter, that the Opportunity may not be lost [flourish]
