To enable you to comply with the resolution of Congress relative to Returns I have inclosed these articles in your Department that fall under my immediate notice,__ It is probable some of those at Lancaster may have been sold agreeable to my direction, to prevent mistakes is is best to return them on hand at the period they express__ this is the method I pursue with my Returns__ The family are well___
