In measures to your of the 10th I am obligated to imform you that I misunderstood the nature of your application-- or I was then and am now out of money-- I thought you requested a will carrent of the account, [?] us [?] of new balance--
I will therefore be necessary that you apply toat Philadelphia to receive the money in the same manner as the rest of your Department. If I must had should see disarguable on obtaining a warrant from the War Office. I will apply for there money.
You are ecriable that you have obtained their explor at pay from me to further upon thereon set forth of may East--
