Enclosed is a Return of the Articles purchased for & expenditures in the Armory for the quarter ending Sept 30 ult. with the Superintendents Receipts___ I expected two thousand Dollars this way expent I notice in your Letter of the 4th inst. it has not come to hand ____ I presume before this you have received my Letter of the 1st inst. acknowledging the Receipt of f nine hundred Dollars enclosed in your letter of the 27th ult. being the ballance owe on Estimate for September
