The articles to be ifsued issued from the public Store for the Frigate building at Philadelphia will be So numerous as to render it inconvenient and a lofs loss of time for the Constructor to apply to the War Office for a Special Order in every case. You will therefore deliver Such articles immediately on the orders of Mr. Humphreys the Constructor.

Mr. Fox who is now employed in this Office in making drafts for the Frigates new building is in want of a large drawing board, he Says there are Some in your Store which would answer his purpose.

The Secretary of Way has directed me to request that you would Send up to the Office Such as one as Mr. Fox shouts point out.
