stationed at West Point the sum of Nine hundred & forty four Dollars and 50/100.
being for their Pay and Forage for the month of November 1796: which sum is to
be transmitted to Nicholas Fish, Esq. Sup .t New York to be by him paid to
Lieut. Nehemiah Freeman, Company Pay Master, who is to be held accountable
for the due application thereof.
