“It is problematical if bricks and lime can be obtained either at Lansingburgh or Albany - Bricks* have been brought from Raway in Jersey to Albany and sold as low as those made at the latter places I would re: =commend a contract for them to be delivered at Troy-Vessels drawing not more than six feet of water will come to that place-“
