Description
Samuel Hull's claims he was in service during the war at a time when his name does not appear on the muster rolls. He only appears as part of Captain Rosekraw's company up to December 1778. If he is telling the truth, he is entitled to further pay, pay gratuity and lands per the Act of Congress 27 March 1792.
