I Certify that there is due to Doctor Joseph Bullue the sum of Two hundred & fifty nine dollars & 55/100 being the amount of his account for medicine & attendance on Genl Wilkinson's band of music, the Infantry commanded by Lieut Peter & the cavalry commanded by Lieut. Walback from 5 Sepr to 6th Decr 1800, agreeably to the oath of said Dr. Bullue annexed to his account.
