Be pleased to deliver to John Willkins Esq. quarter master General oo order the followeing military and lalionatory Stores for the use of the Post at Detroit to be addressed to the Commanding Officers, agreeably to a requisition from the Secretary of War, filed in this Offie Vizt 'Four thousand pounds of cannon Powder, 'two thousand pounds of musket Powder, 'two hundred pounds of rifle powder, 'Oe hundred & seventy sticks of Portfires, 'five hundred pounds of slow match, 'thirty reams of cannon cartridge paper, 'One hundred an seenty five yards of flannel for Cartridges, 'twentyfour fathoms of white two inch Rope, 'One hundred and fifty fathoms of Hamburgh line for Drum bords, 'twenty five pounds of longe twine for quilting grape, ' twelve small Oil Cloths for conceiving Howitzers and Cannons, 'two Flags, one of eleven & the other fifteen yards long, 'twenty allum dressed Sheep Skins for capping Spunges, 'seventeen Drum Heads, four
'four boxes of common Tin for fixing Ammunition, 'Two hundred pounds of sheet lead for Gun Aprons & 'Fifty pounds of Thread for making Cartridges.
Also, a Duplicate of the above you will please to pack up, marked Commanding Officer, Fort Niagara, & deliver to the quarter master General who will transport them to that place by the way of Pittsburg.
