Sir,
Be pleased to deliver to George Groses, a private in the first Regiment of Infantry, agreeably to a Return signed by Capt. Charles Hyde dated 25th inst and now on file in my Office, two privates Shirts, two pairs of Shoes, and two personal linen Overalls, the same being due him as certified by Capt. Hyde, to complete his summer allowance of clothing for the covered year.
