I have directed the Quarter Master General to forward to you addioss [six] Goods on account of the Annuity due the Six Nations of Indians, to the amount of One thousand and nine hundred and fifty - Dollars; for the Balance of the Annuity you will draw a Bill on the Secretary of War pay able at Ten days sight.
