Sir,
You will be pleased to furnish me as soon as practicable with,
First, an account, as particular as can now be rendered, shewing the expenditures in each separate year of monies heretofore granted by Congress for the expence of transporting Goods to pay Indian annuities, and for contingent expences for presents to Indians on their visits to the Seat of Government, and expences attending their Journeys, during their stay, and on their return home, and for rations to Indians at the different military posts within their respective Nations.
Secondly, information, shewing the manner in which the accounts for the said expenditures and each of them are kept, rendered, checked, and settled
