I Certify that there is due to Michael Roberts the
sum of one hundred fifty nine Dollars & 7/100, being for stationary
supplied by him to Caleb Swan Pay Master General, for the [illegible]
of his Office which sum is to be paid from the fund appropriated
for the contingent expenses of the War Department by the specific
request of the Secretary of War [ to ?] that office. W.S. 4782
