Writes that a major of the 2nd Regiment of Artillerists wrote General Hamilton that his men were "almost naked" and that they needed clothing forwarded to them. Writes that there are a considerable number of coats and vests in his store, which he can furnish. Also states that he has been busy in making drafts of the new army uniforms.
