Huger, Captain 2nd Regt. of Artl. & Engrs. the sum of, Sixty four Dollars & 91/100, being balance on settlement of his account for Recruiting, & Contingent expences including pay from 1 May to 30 Sept 1799, which sum is to be transmitted to Danl. Stevens Supervisor Charleston and to be by him paid to the said Capt. Huger.
