Sir
I have drawn on you this day in favor of Francis Sappington on order payable after two days sight, for One Thousand two hundred fifty nine dollars and thirteen cents, which sum will be appropriated to paying the Army in Tennessee for the months of July, August, & September Having [undecipherable] the sums to the Credit of the Treasurer request your approbation of the Bill
