Sir -
I have drawn on you this day in favor of James & William Park on their order payable after ten days sight for one thousand dollars, which money has been appropriated to the paying the Commissioner for running the Cherokee boundary line, as stipulated by the Commissioners of the treaty at Tellico in 1798, and having passed the amount to the credit of the Treasurer request your honoring the same.
