Title

Scarcity of Water at Our Mills, Etc.

Description

Because of the scarcity of water at their mills, McCormich & Co. are disappointed because they are not producing the number of barrels required by their contract. They ask Hodgdon to order Mr. Harris to deliver materials from the public stores that will help them meet the terms of the contract. The value of the stores will be deducted from the price of the arms when delivered. This accomodation is needed for them to make their weekly payment.
