This is the return of clothing made and sent into the War Stores by Thomas Billington from April 6th through August 24th. Billington also pledges to have 2,738 private infantry coats made within sixty days not withstanding the large number of people leaving the city because of the prevailing sickness. He hopes to be compensated for the extra effort he has expended in meeting his obligations to the United States.
