Title

Osborn requesting a copy of his court-martial transcript and clarification of the date his pay ended

Description

This document appears to contain two letters; the first is a request for a copy of the decision pertaining to Osborn's court-martial to be sent to him. The second notes that Osborn received a letter from Alexander Hamilton which informed him his pay and emoluments ended on the 9th. Osborn asks McHenry whether they ended on the 9th or the 1st of June, as Osborn has not received a cent.
