Description
Amidst a discussion of the returns of the Springfield Armory, Williams pledges that the armory in the future will turn in no less than four hundred muskets monthly. However, he may face a deficiency of gun stocks by February which is a time of year in which it is impossible to get them so a surplus might be sent in December.
