The death of Mr. Laesch has put affairs at Morris Town in such a state that a delay in the report to Hodgdon will be necessary. Indeed , Ford's necessary absence to attend the Commissioners will prevent for a short time his attendance to the stores Should the quantity of shot be cast in iron molds? Perhaps the heirs of Laesch will produce 100 tons if they are needed.
