I am as anxious as any officer to discharge the duties of my station...
Description
Rivardi reports at great length from Niagara and educates Hamilton on the use of Artillery and Engineers. He is grateful that a Court of Inquiry will investigate the charges brought against him by Captain Bruff and assesses the activities of the British in his region. He is doing much to improve the garrison at Niagara but is not impressed with the supply system in which invoices seldom match the contents of hogsheads.
