Description
Rann lists six accounts that have been closed on the books of the Treasury. Simmons is required to debit these men on his books as may be necessary. They are: Thomas Atkinson, James Baker, John Bray, Godlove Heiskill, Alexander Humphreys, and James Little. William Westwood should have his account credited for $1014.50
