Title
Men Destitute of Clothing
Description
Daniels complains that while the clothing for the infantry appears to be available the artillery is destitute. If the officers of the recruiting service had complied with orders to take the clothing from the recruits, the men would now be naked in garrison which would render it difficult to maintain military discipline.
